Mr. Ventura was very knowledgeable and provided a good strategy to help me with my deck problem. He worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. However, he wasn't thorough in trying to locate the deck stain and sealer needed. I actually ended up purchasing an addiitional 6 gallons and applying 2 more coats myself. Also, his crew that did the staining on my front peorch didn't pay...
