We are always looking for authentic, local BBQ places, and this one does not disappoint. While it is a tad on the pricey side, the food was good. Best hush puppies I have tasted. I had the two meat combo, pork and brisket, both meats were tasty, they could have been hotter but it did not detract from enjoying my meal. This is not a fancy place and am glad I tried it. Service was friendly and quick.

Great BBQ food. Staff was very friendly and efficient. (Long line to order but well worth it.)
Sat outside under their new pavilion area along with our dog. Highly recommended!

We are on our way home from OBX and of course are now hungry. We decided to stop for some BBQ since that is one of the things we didn't get at the beach. It was good BBQ.
