They butchered my boys hair then blamed him. They did fine with my daughters hair. When I complained and said I would not pay for the hack job they did on my sons hair they threatened to call the police. They were rude and unprofessional. What happened to the customer is always right. I will never step foot in this place again. The tattooed lady did the hack job.

I walked out of this salon tonight with the worst haircut I have ever had... I asked the stylist for a trim for my bangs and to shape up my long layers. She ended up cutting my bangs straight...

A few weeks after I got my first cut from Tracy, I got caught in a downpour on my way to a classy dinner. Dried it in the ladies' room with paper towels and my round brush, and got at least 3 compliments that night. It had to be the cut!
