Very happy we went with this storage facility. Units are nice and clean, staff very helpful and friendly and they have a moving truck!!

As someone who works out at my storage unit a lot, I can honestly say that the superior relationship that I have with their staff and management is amazing. Take the time to get to know them and vice versa and you'll be amazed how caring and serving these people here are!

Gloria is awesome. She went above and beyond for us. I had cut my finger on one of my light bulbs, she went back and got a band aid and some water for us. Great place!

Thanks to the staff at the Chatham location in Cary for getting my overpayment refunded back into my bank account. I apparently paid over the phone twice. So they were not to blame for the billing...
