Poor service, poorer customer service

Short story: Do not use this company.

Longer story: We contracted CST tours to charter two buses to bring guests to our wedding from a central Virginia Beach location out to the ceremony site on Knotts Island. Knowing it was a long drive, and that folks might be enjoying an adult beverage or two at our reception, we thought this would be a great service to provide. The buses showed up almost 40 minutes late, causing many of our guests to miss most of the ceremony. Others ended up driving themselves, so the total number of people taking the bus ended up being far less than anticipated. By the time the 2 buses arrived, only one bus could have handled all of the passengers. When I called to discuss this with the company multiple time, I received an ever-changing story of why it wasn't their fault, was hung up on, and told the manager was "out to lunch" ... at 4PM. No one I ever spoke with at the company even bothered to identify themselves by name. I have never felt so disregarded as a paying customer of a business. If I could give them zero stars I would.
