I went there to get all three of the cars washed. Receipt says 1/2 off next car wash. The coupon was honored on the 2nd car but not the 3rd. The manager told me that the coupon is only valid up to 2 vehicles. The George Washington Location doesn't honor their own coupon!

I recently took my VW to be washed and thought I was safe. I paid 25.00 for the car wash and ended up with a broken antenna and a broken sound damper. The owner replaced the antenna but not before the owner and one of the manager stating that they hadn't seen an antenna break in at least ten years. Think again about washing there....

The brushes in the automated wash are dirty and leave scratches in your paint, the brushes that spin to clean your tires deeply scratch your rims, the towels that are used to wipe down the car afterwards are dirty and rotten leaving smudge and lint all over the car and when they wipe your windows on the inside it looks like someone crapped on your windows then rubbed it in. If you value your car, don' take it thru Cruz-Thru because it will break your heart what they do to it. Then the owner treats you like it is your fault that these things happened

When I went to Cruz Thru recently they did a wonderful job! There was a young lady who works in the front with a white hat that was very polite and young men that wiped my car down were very polite and did a fantastic job! I hope when I go back I will have the same experience!
