I got check engine light on, then went to AutoZone got "FREE diagnose". I took the report and went to C R's to get estimate for fixing the issue. Very rude old lady told me that I need to get "Professional diagnose" to pin point what is the exactly wrong with the car and it will cost me $60 dollars and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. I went to C.R. Auto repair to get a car inspected. I have three cars and I've taken them all here for two years. The front office lady is always rude but I've shrugged it off because they are close and moderately quick. However, this time she out did herself in rudeness and the man doing the inspections wasn't much better. To top it off, he left the scrapings from the old sticker on the dash without even attempting to wipe it off! I don't need rudeness AND sloppy work. I won't be darkening their doorstep again!
