I found the Crowne Plaza to be excellent. It was over and above what I expected. The room was small, however it was just right for me. All the employee were very friendly and courteous which I did not find in the rest of Philadelphia. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone staying in Philadelphia.
Great place to stay, very central, very clean and modern in the business district. No complains here, especially for the price we paid through Skoosh
For the money, it seemed ok. Room was clean and well-appointed, service was good. Location is not as fun as an Old City location might have been--the tall buildings blocked the light and I was on the 23rd floor--on a lower floor it would have seemed like a tomb. But no real complaints. Good food was very close by--many choices, including an excellent adventuresome place called Mantra.
It was a good as many hotels I've stayed at costing more. I especially appreciated the free web connection in the rooms. Value for the money. I would stay there again.
Hotel was OK but needed some updating and refreshing. Common areas and hallways were only in "good" condition. Room was small but adequte. Fo rteh price on a weekday in Phildalephia, I would stay there agian. It was good to very good...but not great; howver, the overall value was essentailly alright.
