I attended a Christmas Party at this hotel, the food and decor were amazing. But I reserved a room for the night and was highly disappointed. For what I was paying I should have gotten a higher quality room. The comforter was ripped and there were towels on the floor like the room had not been cleaned. The rooms are very modern and contemporary decor and the location superb. We stayed its newly renovated room and the room was very nice with fantastic river view. The hotel is located next to the marina and downtown area.
