The worker or watch guy was good at his job, but he was very opinionated and rude. He did not provide a receipt and he was very impersonal.

I had to replace the battery on my Kenneth Cole watch and they did a fantastic job. This jewelry place is a bit hidden in but it's better than going to any walmart or large department store. Their prices might be on the higher side however they come with an included warranty which is a plus. You guys did an awesome job!
