Bob at Crowder & Draper appeared to be not only a business man, but also a caring individual when my transmission died in Hopewell. He went to the shop on his day off and installed my transmission. He also advised me not to purchase the extended warranty because it would be the same transmission either way. Unfortunately, the transmission went out when I reached SC. My 16 year old son has a 2004 dodge dakota truck the check engine lite came on and we had it someone check it and the code came back as transmission pressure. The truck was running a little rough i could not get off work so i sent my son there. They put it on there tester made some adjustments and charged him 20 dollars.
