No more... I will NOT go back. They inspected my truck 3 wks ago. The one wheel they pulled, was not put back on right. Lug nuts loosened up 3 days later and started falling off. I did not associate this with their work at first. THEN a week or so later they worked on my Ford Explorer . I don't drive a lot but had it gone over, tuned up, serviced and braked checked. My experieince at Crossroads Ford Mazda was excellent. Ronnie Morgan was very professional and down to earth. He listened to what I wanted and the price range I needed and was able to put me in a beautiful 2012 Mazda. He provided me different options however never tried to sway my opinion but allowed me to make the choice I wanted. I would most deffinately shop there again for my next car.

The service at Crossroads was awesome. I went on the internet looking for a car at Crossroads. It took no more than 10 minutes for someone to call me. It was Mr. Stephen Okoba. I walked in a day later, interested in buying a Ford Taurus (2011 or below). I had a 2002 Taurus and I felt it was time for an upgrade for me. I kept my 2002 though.
