It's basic, but so is the price. No substantial complaints re staff, other than higher-than-average turnover. Room was adequately maintained, weekly housekeeping was about 90% reliable; no major objections (unlike other respondents). BUT... the property has been sold and is reportedly about to become a LaQuinta within the next few weeks; complete management turnover etc.
Location was good because it was close to home while we had plumbing work done.
