The CrossFit group classes are the backbone of what we do at CrossFit RVA. In a small group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and of course supply all the necessary equipment. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics and bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more....

Best Crossfit and performance training gym in RVA hands down. Even if you’re new to the sport and want something a little less intimidating they offer classes that’ll suit your needs. Amazing staff, great people to be around!

Amazingly spacious with extremely helpful and knowledgeable Instructors who provide support, and scaling suggestions, if needed. This place has now become my happy place filled with good people whom are now great friends!

CrossFit RVA is the whole reason I got back into CrossFit after a sabbatical that lasted about 4 years. More than enough equipment, extremely knowledgeable coaches, excellent programming, and an extensive list of other services/coaching provided that I haven't seen at other CrossFit gyms (gymnastics, endurance, strongman, Olympic lifting). Well worth it!
