Simply put, Full Circle is outstanding. There is little that can compare to the high intensity WODs in this gym and the staff is committed to guiding you to become your very best. The coaches are some of the most skilled I've encountered, constantly rooted in driving correct form & movement. Armed with knowledge and strength, Full Circle is five stars- period.

Full Circle is legit. Coaches know their stuff, and classes aren't so overbooked that you won't get personal attention, form correction and all that good stuff. Of course, it means that you can't mail it in on workouts, but if you wanted to do that you could do some p90x in your living room or whatever. Point is, this place is great. Well my fiancée John and I started 9 weeks ago! Today we tested out of fundamentals and we are so excited to continue to learn and build muscle and have fun doing it! Thank you to Matt and Mike for helping us learn the basics! I have never done anything like this before!
