Best. Workout. Ever! Shamik is so friendly and knowledgeable--about both the workouts and nutrition. By far one of the best coaches around!
I highly recommend coming here, the workouts are intense but u will be surprised about how much more u have in u then u thought. He pushes u to your limits but thankfully not beyond - u won't be sorry u tired just extremely soar!!
