I love Dr Crossen, I believe he learned from his father how to be the very best doctor in the Richmond area. In the past, the office staff was impossible - long waits,. waiting for prescriptions to be sent to the drug store often took as long as 2 weeks, but averaged 3-4 days. He has changed staff and now there is no wait, which makes the experience perfect!
