I dropped in for a few WODs while I was on vacation. This is a great place! The box was well organized and the coaches were very knowledgable!!

Love this gym! I was VERY nervous to start with having no lifting experience but the coaches made me feel very welcome and just after a week I'm hooked and love it!

The coaches and the training has easily made it one of my favorite places to be. Everyone inspires me to get better, work harder, go faster, and yes, lift heavier! Competitive, fun atmosphere. I. Love. This. Gym.
