Looking to move from Boston to the Laurel area. Came across Cross Creek, but the review info was not current. Can I get an honest and unbiased opinion from a current resident? Preferably, from someone living there within the last 4-6 months. Thank you.

I was a resident at Cross Creek Apartments a year or so ago. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I loved the apartment but the management needs to change. The property manager is very unprofessional. I have actually watch the manager sit in her office & ignore phone calls. If you do have a desire to live at this property document everything in case you need to seek legal counsel. I only say...

I was initially pleased when I moved in because it was spacious. However, after being here for almost 2 years, I find I have roaches now. I don't do bugs. Also, my neighbors are very loud and they don't control their children. The walls and floors are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbors' conversations... Really. I think management should consider upgrading the way you are...

I have lived at Cross Creek for a little over five years. Management and maintenance used to be great, but since the old manager left the place has really gone down hill. The new manager does not care about the property or the residents. She is rude and the place doesn't look as good as it used to. Maintenance does not care anymore. I'm leaving as soon as my lease expires.

Cross Creek features an excellent location in the heart of Laurel's residential section, but is only blocks from shopping and restaurants. This adorable community boasts newly renovated kitchens and baths and fantastic closet space.
