My initial consultation with this company went very well and they came out to my house to inspect the bats. After several days, I found that the bats had left. I called back and told them I wanted them to return to confirm. I was told I would get a call back and never received one. Now I have an attic with no bats and have to find a way to remove the guano. I probably would have hired them...
