When I lost my husband in January, I contacted Danielle Conrad Gibbs at the Cremation Society. She was very compassionate and extremely helpful in making the necessary arrangements. She went out of her way to ensure that everything went smoothly. She helped me through a very difficult time. In December of 2009, I lost my husband of 31 years to cancer. I had contacted the Cremation Society of VA prior to his death to inquire about the "details". The day after he died, I went to the Westmoreland St. location and met with Jessica. Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate, easy to talk to, listened to what I had to say and took as much time as was necessary to take care...
We worked directly with Jessica, however, the entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were very professional in their dealings with us during our time of grief, yet they were also sympathetic.
