My neighbor had Creative Spa &Deck install a pool several years ago. He never had a problem with installation or service , so I went to their store to ckeck them out. There I met Justin & John.They were very courtious and helpful.I recieved detailed advice on chemicals for my size pool.By following their advice I have had a safe, clear swimable pool this summer.They helped me upgrade my filter system & recently gave me detailed instructions on when & how to close my pool for the winter.I have never had a problem with them either in person or over the phone. I purchased a spa back in December of 2006. Just a few weeks after installation I notice the spa was leaking and then the nightmare came to life. I called Creative Spa and they in turn set up a date for a maintenance person to come out to see what the problem was.
