Margo' s Word is Worthless

I ordered a jacket that had a promised delivery date of July 17,2013. I actually received the item Sept 20, 2013...More than two months later. I found that the item had not even started to be worked on until AFTER my call of inquiry on July 26. Although Margo's policy is 29% down to assure a speedy and timely delivery, I paid for the jacket in full upon placing my order on June 6. This still did not move Margo to honor her word and get the jacket to me as she promised. Whenever I talked to her via telephone or email, she always told me how nice the jacket was turning out. Please tell me, at a hefty price of $262, should I have expected anything less!!! I realize that you do not know me and what i write may seem impossible to believe, however, know that I have black and white documentation on all that I say not to mention dated and recorded voicemails. Margo's word has proven to be worthless! Although more than two months late on the delivery, Margo offered no restitution but rather "nickeled and dimed" me for an additional $20 just for adding the script writing of my name on the front of the jacket. I would not recommend using Margo if you can find someone else to do your job. The quality of the jacket was poor to say the least and you could tell that they were ordered in bulk. Trust me, after dealing with Margo, your blood pressure is sure to go up a notch !
