Comfortable, convenient downtown living. The market prices reflect the popular and growing area and at least you get what you pay for, especially compared to other luxury apartments in the area. Management is good and pretty responsive.
What I love the most about living here is my spacious unit, being just couple of blocks away from the river and having easy access to various bike trails. ...

Lousy leasing office

I really wanted to live here. I have heard great things from previous renters and the value of the space and location is hard to come by. But after three days of calling and no answers or responses to my calls, I finally just went there. They didn't answer the door and I walked around outside til I found someone that worked there. That person told me that the place was full and had no openings....
