I've been here several times. The service is always prompt and the food is always great. Rather small, but extremely inviting. Love the hole in the wall type atmosphere!

It was my idea to go to the Crabcake House with my family in January. Boy was that a mistake! The seafood items were way overpriced. One piece of flounder( a pretty small piece) with two small sides was 15 dollars. My daughter orded a small hamburger, which didn't come with anything, and that cost 5 dollars. The restaurant advertises itself as a fresh seafood restaurant with "homemade" sides....

I have to agree with those that say this place is what it is – a neighborhood
restaurant with friendly people and good food. From a culinary perspective
there is nothing to make this place stand out – it is about the atmosphere.
The feeling is homey and that if you went there enough, everyone would
know you. It is a nice out-of-the-way place where a family can feel safe
and get a good...

Great crabcake (2 crabcakes) dinner for $12.95 which included 2 sides and hushpuppies!

I would return for the crabcakes, but would not select corn pudding as it was very dry and unediable!
