I had ordered a medical product from this company which I needed immediately. I checked the expedited next day delivery FedEx box thinking that it would be shipped on Saturday. Come to find out I had to talk with a rep if I wanted it on Saturday.
I refused the shipment when it came on Monday. After not getting a reply to the refund for a couple weeks I called them to inquire the status. ...
