Mr. Cox came to our home to provide an estimate for foundation repair, and as agreed, we paid him $75, which was to be credited back toward our account when he did the work. He suggested that we hire an engineer or that he could do the work, and advised us to contact him later with our decision. Mr. Cox came to give an estimate on chimney repair. This was to be submitted to our insurance company. He said he would need to work up the estimate and fax it to the insurance company. After repeated calls from both the insurance adjuster and myself the estimate has not been faxed nor have our calls been returned. If you are looking for chimney repair I would call someone else.
I am very unhappy.
