Overpromised and couldn't deliver. We were advised our furniture could be moved within the spread they had advised however it was 1 month late. Very unprofessional! Company was moving our neighbors and they were blaring music from their truck on the street. They were asked to turn it down twice and each time gave us attitude and argued with us about it. I would expect that if a company really cared about their reputation (and hoped to get future business), they would have at least a little respect for the people who reside around...
