Ferguson flew me into VA for a interview and chose Marriott... I usually prefer Hilton, but Marriott's staff have left a lasting impression on me. Especially Carrington Grialey at the bar. Wonderful service and conversation. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the dining was good. When I made my reservation I spoke with someone named Dawn who was very nice and helpful. Also, the guy at the restaurant, Carrington was awesome. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel! The firepit on the back with the lounge chairs are wonderful when the nights are cool. I can get starbucks coffee 24/7 :). The front desk persons are really nice and helpful. The housekeeping team are honest, helpful and they do the little extra things like put a papertowl under your cup...

Hotel itself is nice. Staff is another story. When I checked in I stood at front counter for 10 minutes. I even called their reservation line and had a Marriott rep call to find someone. When she did come out no apology or asked have you waited long. Just nothing.
