Clean, cost effective, very nice conference center. Staff was friendly and polite. Room and bathrooms were clean. Clean hallways and elevator. Stayed here in October for the New Hampshire Championships regatta. It was in the perfect location for that event. Within 20 mins from the race course and various dinning options. The breakfast was perfect for a day with an early start.
We attended a conference/seminar there at the Grappone Center and stayed there for convenience purposes. We had a late check in so didn't get to enjoy the bar downstairs as we were tired when we arrived. Room was comfortable, shower and bathroom were good. Room was clean as well. The room was spacious and the front desk well informed. During breakfast the manager was out just meeting her guests and inquiring about their stay. Nice touch. The Starbucks coffee was not up to par but service was friendly.
