I spent two nights at the hotel and I am not a happy camper. After returning to the room my second day I was surprised to find the room in the same condition I left it that morning, the bed was unmade, the wash cloth and towels were still in the floor and sink.Housekeeping had not even entered the room. The room was not refreshed and the coffee had not been replaced so I called the front desk...
We did like our stay in your place, the place was clean and quiet and not to far from the beach. I would recommend these hotel to all my friends and family.
The hotel is well worth the extra money! Excellent staff, the facilities are very nice, and it's well located. 35 minutes from the beach in one direction & 35 minutes from Williamsburg/Busch Gardens in the other direction. The staff was spot on. When we checked in, we needed linens for the pull-out bed. By the time I was able to unload my car, they were there waiting on the bed!
It was perfect for our Easter weekend!
Everything was good but no microwave in the room and after the second night room service didnt come by to clean or ask for towels, had to request and pickup at front desk. Other than that ok, though.
