We stayed at this hotel because we had a family obligation in Richmond the next day. From the outside the hotel looked a bit older but once you went inside you could tell it was updated recently. The front desk took a while for me to check in but once i did the front desk staff was friendly. One lady...

This was a great hotel for a quick stay and an early morning flight! Clean rooms, and quick shuttle to the airport. We were able to leave our car there, and the shuttle picked us up quickly upon our arrival.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and quiet. Proximity to the airport is great.
The comfort for this stay was unexpected. It was easier to rest and relax than most hotels.
Any issues raised with the hotel staff were quickly resolved.

Stayed here one night and was impressed with friendly staff and flexible shuttle service. Took me into town for a late dinner after flying all day. Much appreciated hospitality. Very clean and updated room and amenities. Much better than the best western right next door....
