Great attentive service. Staff goes out of its way to accommodate requests. Clean, bright, and safe building and rooms. A/C works GREAT on a hot summer day. Late checkout is always granted, and property manager seems to be everywhere, especially when a special request is made. Great place to stay.
Most of the staff was very friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable! Breakfast was great but don't be the first one there- took longer!
Pros: Quiet Location, quiet room, very clean room, friendly staff,comfortable beds, convenient to Greenbrier Mall and several restaurants. Paid for with Delta skymiles so not sure about value.
Cons: Minor disappointment was no continental breakfast included - prices for breakfast,coffee,etc. relatively high
Stay here often when visiting family in Chesapeake. Centrally located in southside Hampton Roads. Close to Greenbrier Mall and 10-12 minutes from airport depending on time of day. Super nice, attentive staff. Indoor pool is a welcome place to relax after a long day.
