Horrible people to do business with. I was forced to use these folks 4 years ago when I had twice a week service, they decided to cut everyone back to once a week service after 2 years. The Voice mail in the Fredericksburg office is really confusing. YOu get voice mail and it says for the company directory press one. So you press one and it directs you to enter the extension you want or dial zero for assistance. If you are on a rotoray phone please stay on line and someone will assit you. After hearing that 3 times you get "Good bye" and disconnected.
