Bon' Bbq!
We had a special birthday party planned and I chose the County Grill only because of the back room. I was told on two different occasions that my reservation was confirmed and that I would have exclusive use of this room. Then I showed up to decorate and all of a sudden everything changed. I was told by the extremely young and very rude manager that I was lying and was never promised the entire room. I couldn't believe she told me to my face that I, the customer, was lying. What trash. As the night went on two other parties shared the room with us. I was livid. We were getting ready to leave and another manager came in made an extremely rude comment about our private party and asked about tipping the server. Our server was great but because of his horrible management he was tipped at the lowest rate. When I tip I base it on everything about the restaurant not just the server. The bottom line is County Grill lost all of my business and the business of every person that attend this party tonight. We used this room a lot and never had a problem before, but as of tonight I consider this restaurant trash.
