Smell in the hotel was horrible. Had to reclean room and Jacuzzi ourselves. Staff and GM were very rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. Commited credit card fraud by falsly charging for smoking. Don't stay!
While the staff were helpful and friendly, the room we had was awful. Stains EVERYWHERE, even on the sheets. Some of the 'stains" were not stains, they turned out to be dirt and grime, easily washed off with a wet towel. I don't expect much from a two star, but at $120 a night, it had better be a damned...
Wow what an amazing place! Clean rooms, courtesy staff and delicious breakfast ! We arrived staying one night and ended up staying three and hated to leave when we did!! The best part of our stay was the magical cookie maker, Phillip, at the front desk! Phillip is a go beyond kinda guy.. Makes you want to stay forever!
