My car was broke into while here. Letting to much of thugs move in. People hanging out very late at nights drinking and partying. The 3 years I've been here have been good but last few months hasnt been. Always someone different in office . Prices keep going up. Dumpsters are always over filled making it hard to throw your trash. No assigned parking for the price you pay you should have...

I enjoy the property out here. It is always quiet and peaceful out here and the neighbors are very friendly. The water view is fantastic with all kinds of egrets, eagles, herons, ducks and other waterfowl flying around. There is plenty of parking, is well-lit and maintenance is very helpful and attentive to your needs. I would recommend living here to anyone interested. Barry

Great complex with amazing management and maintenance team! They're always on top of fixing any problems that may arise and are super friendly. Decently priced apartments, close to shopping districts, restaurants, schools and Langley AFB. :)
