They have rude management. They are never ready to listen to your problems.
And of course when it comes to give you back your security deposit they are going to eat your money for no reason and when you gonna ask for reason they gonna start ignoring you.
Never deal with these people.
The apartments in 1049 49th st., are severely infested with bed bugs and management doesn’t seem to care that much. One of their employees, Leslie Councill (which happens to be the owner’s daughter as well) is probably the rudest employee that I’ve ever seen in my life. In response to my legitimate complaint about the bedbugs, she told me that “I don’t want to listen to you BS anymore” and she just walked away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
WARNING: Do NOT rent from them. I would give them less than zero stars if possible. Some of the staff are friendly, however they will change attitudes on you in a heartbeat. They have the worst communication methods. They are money hungry. I had several issues while living in one of their properties and out of like 10 only one was resolved and that was because it was a way for them to benefit and earn more money. The property manager is never available and never returns messages. The person who posted with a good review works in the office. Rent elsewhere. As a college student I would not recommend them. You pay for rent and have a separate light and cable bill. In the end you pay as much as you would at the district. If they're to pricey search somewhere else. These people will only cause you misery.
Cockroaches. Contacted management about it a few times and they sent people to spray. Every time, within two days the roaches were back. Finally bought some raid myself and sprayed cracks in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I was unpleasantly met by an onslaught of large roaches crawling out of the walls. I couldn't eat in my own apartment from disgust. Thankfully moving out within the month.
