I wanted 1000 business cards and sent an email with my logo to the ""graphics dept"" all I needed them to do was add the name and web address. They could not match the font or the color but went ahead and printed the cards without calling me. They required the entire payment up front and when I went to pick up the cards they were paper thin (not good card stock) and the color they added didn't match. I wanted a re-print but instead of fix the mistake, Suzi (the owner and self-professed ""Queen Bee"") finally agreed to issue a refund 14 days later! She was rude, unprofessional and threatened...
