Corduroy serves the best of the season with much of the restaurants produce coming from local farms. Corduroy is not handicapped accessible due to the historic nature of our building. No shorts are permitted.
This is a very nice restaurant! I recommend it for special occasions: it is romantic, unique, and great for foodies. We started our dinner with 3 Artisanal cheeses: Monte Enebro (goat, soft, Spain); Mousseron Jurassien (cow, firm, France); and Abbaye de Belloc (sheep, semi-firm, France). The service was exceptional from walking thru the entrance until walking out. My friend and I ordered the six course chef's choice and each course was delectable.
Disappointed. Went here with a large group. Service was fair, but getting food was very slow. Steak was disappointing; ok flavor but way too thin. Won't likely go back.
This restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience. The environment is soothing and welcoming and the food is always great!
One of the very first restaurants that introduced us to the world of District fine dining was Corduroy. If memory serves me correctly, it was probably six years ago when we were first introduced to Tom Power's exquisite cooking.

Corduroy's menu features soups, salads, sorbets, and seafood. The menus change regularly based on seasonal availability of ingredients. It has rooms for private dining for up to 35 guests.
