Stayed at this hotel 2x. rate is a value. Older, but very clean and exceptional fitness center with heated Olympic sized pool. Centrally located for getting around Dallas with grounds that have running trail through ponds. A unique find for the area. No bar or restaurant for the evening, but plenty of choices within 1 mile.
