We started seeing Dr Harston by a friends recommendation last year. My son has ADHD and had previously been seeing Dallas Psychiatrics. Dr Harston asks alot of questions and spends ALOT of time with us on our visits - she has ADD herself as well as her children and understands alot of the issues and medications. Dallas Psychiatrics made us pay a visit each month just to have a 5min visit and get the prescrip which was rediculous. Dr Harston is WONDERFUL and a god send! Go somewhere else and you'll know that she is the best out there. We have seen her in between reg appt times to adjust...

Dr. Harston, a pediatrician claims to also be qualified in the field of diangosing & advising children in who have ADD or ADHD. She does not schedule much time to devote to this as it seems to be just an additional service to offer & may work if you don't have problems with medications, etc. If all you need is a perscription, you may be fine but if you really need to see her, you can not get in to do an ADD follow up appointment for 3 -5 months. If something happens & you need to change the appointment, you're out of luck & must wait another 3-5 months. Waiting time in the office can...

Arca is a good doc. Office staff frequently appears overwhelmed. Appointments nearly always run late.

We have used Dr. Arca and her partner Dr. Harston for the last 8 years. We have had a wonderful experience with them . They truely listen to our needs and out assessment as parents, resulting in high-quality care for our children.
