instructors are not always scheduled to water classes and we are not notified until you get there. bathrooms are dirty. equipment is not fixed in a timely manner

I have been seeing this doctor through out my entire pregnancy and when I asked them to full out paperwork regarding me going on bedrest they said nothing in my chat showed I needed it. I then found out that Dr. Brooks had not documented anything I had told him about different problems I was having. Lets not forget the 1 1/2 ! Wait to be seen. Very unprofessional just to say I changed doctors...

Looks like a nice place. They don't have a trial pass or so they told me, so I had to pay $10 for a day pass because I am a Clark county resident. After paying and giving all my info, they did not offer to show me around. The employee was rude and was not interested at all in trying to close a sale or getting to …
