Worst customer service! They didn't pick up my garbage and tried to say it wasn't out! Then tried to charge me to have it picked up this week or wait another week with stinky garbage!! Lost my business! ZERO STARS! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

Well,90% of the time, your route drivers pretty much stay on top of things...until recently! We made it a point to keep up with the bi-weekly payment the day prior to scheduled services. Now I have to deal with customer service. (Needless to say, with a full can) :(
