I have called the Consolidated Building of the RIver Lofts at Tobacco Row my home for 3 years, and I am honestly afraid to move. The combination of location, amenities, and overall look and feel are unparalleled by any other apartment in Shockoe Bottom. The expansive 14 foot ceilings combined with open loft floor plan and exposed ceilings make my 780 square foot apartment feel twice as big....

My wife and I just moved in to the River Lofts Consolidated building in July. We moved to Richmond VA from Brooklyn NY so we are used to a certain level of urban living and were worried we lose that moving to Richmond.
