This is a crummy place to consign. I left a large number of very nice smaller items a while back and have still not been paid for them, because the staff says they have not been marked as sold on my sheet. If I want to take them back, I must find them myself. I can't find any of the items in the store, but the staff insists that they must still be there. Then they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. So I basically gave these things away. CONSIGNERS BEWARE.

A shop if you are in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. But don't drive all the way from D.C. for this...not as big as a store as one said above. There are NOT a 1000 shops, more like 20. Limited parking.

My mother introduced me to CC and every time I go there, I am bound to leave with something. The employees are very customer service orientated and are there to help you. I have seen a lot of happy people leave that store with their consigned purchases! I will always shop here and I highly recommend it! Worth the 25 mile drive!!!!!
