We were treated last week. They were very informative of what needed to be done as well as what is going to be done the day of treatment. The treatment was on a Friday and Dan called 48 hrs later to see how things were going. I was very appreciative of him making that effort. Very disappointed with Connor's. I choose them for their enviro friendly techniques and they have been great for my outside stations. (I had termites, now I don't.) We asked for a canine detection of bedbugs since we couldn't find any ourselves.
