The salesman in the PDA/ Camera department will try his hardest to pass off an open box product as a brand new product. The open box products that I was led to believe was brand new were defective. CompUSA seems to have a tradition of offering mail-in rebates, and not paying them. It happened to me at this store. They refer you to a web site to track your rebate, then, both the store and the website promptly forget who you are. If you make a purchase from this store, don't factor in the rebate. You won't get it.
