My daughter and son in law were new to the area and were so warmly welcomed to this gym. Starting the journey of fitness,health as well as being members of this ever growing family. In town for the week. We were well received. The owner welcomed us with open arms, the athletes are great. Great setup, well organized and lots of fun. Thank you for everything you have done for us, the WOD were well thought out and challenging. Keep up the great work everyone and if we are back in town, we are definitely joining the crew again. Thanks again for your warm welcome.

I am only two days in and love this place. The staff is strict but amazing. When they said bootcamp they meant it. But the knowledge and passion to help others shows..they don't give up on you. I recommend it 100%
