This place should be shut down. And Medicaid have the nerve to still pay for this facility to be open. They treated me like I wasn't nothing. So I checked myself out. No medicine for me when I arrived, u don't have your own shower, it's hot, and smells bad. It's in the middle of a bad neighborhood. Looks run down from the inside and Out.Do not Bring your loved ones there. Even the employees...

Not clean and very unsanitary. It's an old nursing home that's so outdated, no modern equipment, rusty sinks and toilets, dusty walls, falling ceiling tipe. Horrible facility.

Hey people this place is a night mare do not send ya loved ones here the facility is nasty as hell. The nurses are very rude. The food is always eggs for breakfast and it is always rice or pasta for lunch and dinner. They do not come to check on you unless they have to give you meds. They leave patients full of urine and bm. This is a sad place to be. If you lf you love your love ones please...
